ServiceHours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm All our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labor is also covered under the warranty, as long as we installed the product. Extended warranties are available. Call our Service Department for details. Warranty information is available in the installation manual. All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Diamond will only service these products under the terms of the warranty. Diamond cannot authorize any changes to the warranty. Service charges will apply to any repairs not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For more information please contact our service Department. We service what we sell. Regular inspection/maintenance is important for safe and proper operation of your fireplace. Annual service programs are also available, at a reduced rate. Please call for our Service Call Rates. Our service work has a 1 month warranty on labor & one year on parts. Diamond reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Dacora switches are not covered under warranty. InstallationsIf Diamond is to install or service your fireplace we ask you to prepare the areas needed, to ensure a smooth installation.
